About cancellation and changes
In case of cancellation or change of reservation, please contact us immediately.
In case of cancellation due to customer’s convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as followed.

| 3 days prior | 20% of total charge |
| 1 day prior | 80%, of total charge |
| non-night or non-delivery without contact | 100% of total charge |
In addition, we may not be able to meet your request for change depending on the time and reservation status.
